"Arisu was dating again. Lain liked watching Arisu. Sometimes she’d go through the blue lit walls to see her face. Other times she went far far away, just so she didn’t have to see Arisu. It was cyclical. Repetitive.
“I am god, the one and only.” Her counter says, a little dull. The cruel Lain is not here, leaving only the strange one.
Her counter’s hands are warm. They don’t feel solid, but they are smooth. Like porcelain, but even as her nails dig in, the rubber doesn’t tear. And the heartbeat is missing. Lain knows that there is no blood in this body, and she has no need for it. But, at times."
