“Your husband showed me everything about you, Grace. About the store, little Lisa, and– ” dropping his voice low, the stranger leans forward, smiling widely, “even how you like to be licked.”
Grace looks in horror, the man’s dark words sending a shiver crawling down her spine. But she can’t look away, his shimmering red eyes locking on with hers as his wicked teeth continue to spew her native tongue.
“I promise I won’t bite…hard.”
At that, Grace loses it.
This man, this fucking monster has the goddamn audacity to take her husband, threaten her only child, threaten her, and she’s just suppose to stand there and take it?

But Freddy isn’t quite convinced. As Gus and Appleyard shift the conversation back to the mission, he continues to carefully observe Lassen. The big bear of a man is still resting easily, his posture relaxed, seemingly listening to Gus. But there's something in his eyes. Freddy swears on his mother's grave that there's some heat there, a lingering want that he is all too familiar with.
After all, Freddy is an expert in explosives. He knows heat and chemical reactions when he sees them. And Lassen is Michalangelo’s David in flesh and blood. A golden, tan god, all 6’3 and 225 pounds of him. There’s no denying that he is an attractive man. And if he wants something from Freddy - Well, he might just consider giving it to him.

Now Caroline has to navigate this and all the things that come with living in Mystic Falls. It would also really help if she could stop having weird dreams that would be great.
