Summary
Annabeth Chase has wanted to dance the Sugarplum Fairy for as long as she can remember.
She knows discipline, sacrifice, and finds comfort in the ache in her feet after fourteen-hour days. She knows that approval is something to be earned, over and over again.Percy Jackson never meant to become her Cavalier.
He knows pressure, and what it feels like to carry expectations that don’t belong to him.Over the course of one semester, five a.m. rehearsals, and a production of Balanchine's The Nutcracker, Percy and Annabeth learn that partnership entails something far more difficult than choreography. Trust.
Or:
Annabeth Chase opens the door to Studio 6 one morning and finds Percy Jackson dancing alone.
It turns out learning to dance together is the easy part.Bookmarked by kihcee

Summary
She wants to go to the Met.
The Met had opened an architectural exhibit last month, specifically on Greek and Roman temples, and Annabeth had been dying to see it.
Except, she doesn’t know how to get there.
Demigods don’t really use phones, and she hadn’t renewed her library card that expired last semester to go do any research. Percy had once promised to show her how to use the subway, but that was before he left camp and before Annabeth had swiped through their last call, the image of him going hazy before disappearing completely.
Annabeth had never felt so alone.

Summary
Nat slows, hands in her jacket pockets and brows slightly raised because she’s never exactly been close with Lottie.
Yet there she is, peeling a menacing gaze away from the group of boys and settling a soft one upon Natalie once she spots her, all long brown hair and tan skin and god, Nat is always fucking winded at how tall she is.

—I have a longing that's killing me.

Summary
The lead singer of the band playing the bar off Comm Ave in Allston is not Shauna’s type.
Shauna Shipman likes nice girls.
Girls who play sports and spend their free time partying first and studying second and still manage to soar through with a 3.7 GPA. Girls who shop at Abercrombie & Fitch and Macy’s and Banana Republic (and TJ Maxx when they’re slumming it). Girls who like Robyn and Kylie Minogue and that one Gina G song. Girls who spent their entire childhood gunning for Rutgers and settled for BU to be closer to the most important person in their life. Girls who could never like other girls the way Shauna does.
Shauna does not like girls in ripped fishnets and itty-bitty plaid skirts and platform leather boots that give them three extra inches they’d never see otherwise. She doesn’t like girls with heavy eyeliner and even heavier shadow. She doesn’t like over-bleached hair and plump red lips that suck on cigarettes like a lifeline during punchy guitar solos. And Shauna definitely does not like girls who flash their tits at packed bars just because they can, just because they look good and know it and so everyone else at the show needs to know it, too.
