Summary
Zanka was slumped inside, back still bent at a ninety degree angle forward. His posture is the same even while sleeping. He’s kneeling as if his kneecaps aren’t permanently damaged already, hence why he has Dearest Wonderful Lovely Assistaff, trademarked and copyrighted or whatever the hell Zanka usually says, by his side at all times.
Jabber couldn’t even believe this, pointing the flashlight right into his face while trying to inspect it. “I… how the hell…? I blink twice and you decide i’sa good idea to death drop in a closet instead of sleepin’ in your bed like a regular ass person?”
He sighs, regretting the medicine already. But then again, if he didn’t, Zanka would still be studying his life away for nothing. Jabber reaches for Zanka’s arm, putting his leg down so he could carry Zanka’s stupidly bulky ass out. “Let’s get you to bed—“
Zanka suddenly pulls Jabber into the stupid closet with him. Jabber’s foot, which so conveniently was stuck right by the door, gets stuck even more and pulls the doors closed.

Summary
Unfortunately, his own guide was gone. He frantically looked around, searching for the bright highlighter pink he had worn, only to be greeted with a vast slope of endless white instead.
Zanka felt his radio start to buzz, and he brought it up closer to his ear. "Do not attempt to go look for him, he will be able to get back on track with us soon with the experience he has. Just keep climbing and focus on your own safety instead."
That was a nicer way to say that he was as good as dead.

Unfortunately, Zanka blinked a little too slow, and Jabber was now right in front of him, jinki fully out, his name shining bright magenta on his right claw.
Also unfortunately, Zanka thought it was beautiful, even while Jabber was practically flying around the area, ricocheting off invisible barriers and pillars. Zanka could barely follow him with his eyes, much less follow him physically. He didn’t know exactly how his vital instrument worked, but he had a pretty good guess on how it functioned.
or if Zanka locked in for a few more years and got kicked out at 24 instead of 13-14

a blank space, a missing part“Zanka?” Enjin calls again, “You… you hit your head pretty hard.”
“No shit, with this headache,” Zanka grumbles. He glances up at Zodyl, pulling a face, and carefully wiggles out of his hold, standing on his own two feet. He sways a bit, then says, “Who the hell are you people?”
Interesting. Zodyl’s mind begins spinning, ideas and experiments spilling into his thoughts as Zanka assesses both them and the Cleaners with an unfamiliar gaze.
“Kyouka,” he says then, “What… what’s going on?”
On a joint mission with the Hellguard, Zanka takes a hit to the head. Zodyl sees an opportunity and takes it.

Summary
The first line addresses the recipient, but the name had been scored out so harshly Zanka can feel the indents through the back with a pass of his thumb. The first word is most certainly Dear, and he can just about make out an a and what falls between an m and an n in the next one, but anything else is a lost cause.
My name has an a at the start, his thoughts supply, there's an n next to that.
His rational side doesn't bother to brush it off as a simple coincidence, and he feels his heart stammer in his chest.
After leaving his window open to sleep, a mysterious love letter finds its way into Zanka's hands. The name of whoever it's addressed to is unintelligible, but that doesn't stop him from getting his hopes up, especially when the contents start to sound strikingly similar to Jabber's words from the past.
