Summary
The two of them sat there in silence. Adam tried to ignore the fact that Snake was clearly watching him closely. God, he felt pathetic. Obviously, he wasn’t immune to the fallacies of having a human body– drug resistance training did not extend to germs, but that didn’t make the situation anymore enjoyable.
“You didn’t drink your water,” Snake said, reaching for the cup on his bedside table.
Adam accepted it, taking a sip. “This is warm,” he grumbled a second later.
“Yeah, because you didn’t drink it."cute fourth date idea: we hang out in a philadelphia hotel room while i have the flu

Summary
Ocelot could’ve called a taxi, could’ve stayed the night here and regrouped in the morning– the mission was ruined now anyway, so it didn’t matter if it took him a little bit to get back to his apartment. But he knew a guy who lived close by (ish) who had a truck. And maybe that person happened to be the same one he’d been pining after for almost a year, who he hadn’t seen since April and had sworn up and down that he was really, truly, over with this time, but that was just kismet.

Summary
"Really? Because if we don't count that as our first date, then it's the fundraiser party where we made out in your truck afterwards,” Adam said, smirking. “Which was then immediately followed by you throwing up on my shoes because you drank seven strawberry daiquiris to avoid talking to politicians.”
John laughed, blushing a little. “It was eight strawberry daiquiris, you’re the one who gave me half of them, and that wasn’t why.”
Adam raised one eyebrow. “Don’t be stupid, I saw you-”
“You, uh, you looked really nice that night,” John said quietly. “And I kind of didn’t know how to handle it.”Series

John is worried he’s too old to do the role justice but decides to take it on anyway. Newbie actor Adam Katz, playing the young Ocelot Unit Major, is a little too excited to be on the same set as his idol.

Summary
A short ficlet from my Peace Walker era AU where Ocelot and Eva come to visit MSF
Ocelot is less than happy that Snake has a shiny new plaything - this Miller character. Scorned and petulant, he will go to any length to get the attention that he desperately desires. Including purposefully inducing heat stroke with the hope that Snake will catch him when he eventually collapses.

"Hedonism?"
"Would you consider yourself a Hedonist then, John?"
He likes America, he likes that John brought him here to show him the allure of capitalism and the beauty of the south western corners of his country. It's all like Ocelot had seen in the spaghetti westerns and spy thrillers back home with less glamour and more grit.
He feels out of place, in that way - a pantomiming Russian cowboy in an American city. But it’s not like he’s a stranger to living lives that aren’t his.
