Lois pulled back. Clark opened his eyes, looking at her, almost seeming dazed. Lois smiled again and traced his lips with her finger.
“You kiss so gently,” she spoke softly. Clark’s brows furrowed, and he opened his mouth, prepared to speak. Lois put her fingers in his hair and tugged hard, pulling his head back until it hit the edge of the couch. She towered over him and attached her lips to his again, swallowing the whine that escaped him.
Or Clark Kent and Lois Lane have been dating for a few weeks, and Lois is tired of Clark's gentlemanly sensibilities.
