Marinette was already having a bad day. Between Reflekta interrupting her photoshoot with Adrien, being told that Juleka's akumatization was all her fault, and then having to use a miraculous she wasn't used to, there was a lot weighing on her mind.
However, when she ends up running (well, crashing) into Luka that day as well, some of that weight starts to lift right off.

Multimouse was just prepared to split up and simultaneously work together to defeat Kwamibuster. Transform, save the day, then use Miraculous Ladybug. Same situation with a different miraculous.
Then again, something always seems to go wrong during battle. In this case though, something goes very right, as Multimouse - well, part of Multimouse - realizes when she finds herself away from the battle itself.

After the insanity of Miracle Queen and everything that followed afterward, she couldn't so much as have a date with her boyfriend without them getting interrupted or things going wrong. Point being, she's sick of Hawk Moth ruining things for her, and she refuses to take it lying down.
So when a supervillain misbehaves, you take his toys away from him; or in this case, his akuma.
