Summary
There are a lot of ways Galo has imagined kicking his bucket, but being restrained and left for dead in a cold, dank cave has to be close to the bottom of the list.

“So you’re absolutely positive no one will notice?”
“Do you think my answer is going to change from the three other times you’ve asked?”
“Well, no, but I just want to be sure that—”
“No one will notice, Galo,” Lio reassures him with a soft sigh, testing his handiwork with a quick pull. “I promise this is just for us.” Galo seems to believe him this time, shoulders drooping and head falling forward into Lio’s chest.
“Just for us,” Galo repeats, smiling softly as Lio scratches at his scalp with freshly-manicured nails. He reverently rubs at the braided cotton covering his heart, both Lio’s, and shuts his eyes for just a moment longer of calm before the party. “I like the sound of that.”
--
Galo and Lio finally tie the knot (in more ways than one).

Getting Meis and Gueira together should have been a cake walk, considering Lio's already got them in the palms of his hands. But, like all things in their lives, nothing good comes without a little push and shove.

Summary
Every job has its tests of faith. But compared to what others go through, Lio Fotia’s new life at a digital marketing firm is a cakewalk. His coworkers don't steal his lunch from the community fridge, and his cubicle is just roomy enough for the occasional power nap. Aside from the occasional tough client and putting in overtime every now and then, there’s not a lot for Lio to genuinely complain about.
Except for just one little thing.
His boss, Galo Thymos.

Magnus hasn't survived for decades by taking risks. He is calculating, meticulous and above all, discerning. That doesn't mean that he dislikes being taken by surprise. In fact, when Alexander Lightwood arrives for his evaluation, he's quite pleased by it.

Summary
Magnus — Magnus who wouldn’t ususally be caught dead outside of his loft looking anything but his absolute best; Magnus who glitters and gleams and shines; Magnus who has a seemingly bottomless closet of embroidered waistcoats, sheer, gauzy tops, and perfectly-tailored pants — is wearing a too-big, worn-out shirt with a slightly frayed neckline. It’s threatening to slip off one shoulder, revealing the gorgeous cut of his collarbone; the necklaces dripping from around his throat contrast with the slightly faded black fabric in a way that accentuates both.
It’s Alec’s shirt. His.
He swallows hard.

Summary
It happens like this, every time: Alexander will be going about his daily business, returning home from training with his cohort or accompanying his sister down to the forum, and he will find a little slip of parchment, tucked impossibly away in the perfect place for him to find it.
This time it comes to him in the heat of the afternoon, as he returns from running an errand for his father. He finds the note tucked into the crook of a tree branch, just barely catching his eye as he walks past.
The Temple of Liber, it says, in Magnus’ thin, spiky script. Don’t be late.
