Summary
The prince turned around.
His face was bathed in moonlight, the dark circles under his eyes almost ghostly. Robin saw that his fingers were clutching the hem of his cloak, right where his heart must have been if he’d actually had one.
"Help me", Prince John’s eyes seemed to plead. Robin, too, went completely stiff. Those were words neither of them would ever utter toward each other.
"Help me. I think they're back and coming to get me."

My thoughts on episode 48 of season 3:
When I first watched this, I was amazed to see an episode like that in a children’s show.
Prince John falls victim to a mysterious attacker who shoots him with arrows after a flute melody is heard.
The effect is immediate: Prince John begins to writhe uncontrollably after each attack. Robin and his friends try to solve the mystery, only to discover that the arrows are filled with poison intended to kill the prince.I'm going to expand on this episode and tailor it a bit more to my taste. Which means slow world-building, a little more horror, and delving deeper into the characters. And please mind that none of the characters have been aged up!

Summary
On the journey to the Pass of Caradhras, each member of the fellowship reaches their own limits. Pippin tries to make the best of their fate.
However, when Gandalf disappears on a particularly dark night and everything seems hopeless, Pippin makes a decision that changes the whole story of the mission.This is my very first fanfic on ao3, so please be nice. I originally wrote it for a friend of mine two years ago. Maybe the motivation will hit me again to finish this up lol (I'm currently at 14k words).
