Ever since Soonyoung had left, Jeonghan had reigned fully on the scene.
And Seungcheol has no qualms about losing to someone on the long jump - Kkuma never had been that skilled at it - but the crooked course was the only occasion where she sometimes was better than the rest; Latte was a bit too enthusiastic at times, and could suddenly turn around and jump the course in reverse despite only having one obstacle left, so doing a race in order could be a hassle. Garçon, though, was just beating everyone in every field. The whole Korean rabbit agility world was his game, and he was setting the new rules of it.
And Yoon Jeonghan, all smug and snobbish, was a symbol of it. He robbed Kkuma from the only win Seungcheol wanted for her. He stole the only good thing Seungcheol had seen in his brother's departure.

Summary
Seungcheol finds out a lot of things about Jeonghan, like how he’s been working in publishing since he graduated uni, and how much he likes reading Agatha Christie, and how he has a years-long obsession with building Lego sets. His opinions on Google Docs and early 2000s indie rock. How he recently moved back from Osaka, after six years there. How much he genuinely misses the home he’d built there, despite being happy to be home.
Seungcheol finds out a lot of things about Jeonghan, but he doesn’t find out about his ex-husband, or the mess of the last couple of months of his life. Schrödinger’s box of issues that Jeonghan will continue to ignore for as long as he possibly can.
