Summary
Buck gets injured at work and whilst at the hospital is prompted to call his ‘wife’ little do they know it’s his husband he should be calling. Buck and Eddie are married, Buck hasn’t told the 118 and they’ve never met Eddie. So it’s a huge surprise when a super hot man shows up in Buck’s hospital room.
Eddie is pissed that Buck didn’t tell him he was injured right away, an argument ensues where they both say things they don’t mean.

Okay, so maybe it was. Just a little bit. But in his defence, Buck is away for work all the time, and none of them technically asked.
It is getting pretty hard to hide the late night calls, though.

Eddie has been married to Buck for a few years now. They met when Eddie was an army medic and Buck was on his first tour. Now, Buck is on his last tour and Eddie just misses his husband. (He refuses to talk about it though, he’s fine, he swears.)However, lots of miscommunication and overuse of the word “leave” makes firefam assume certain things about his love life (or rather, lack thereof). Imagine their shock when Buck walks through their doors.
