Wherein I put Heavensward, old school sword and sorcery, paranormal romance, and a whole lot of polyamory in a blender and enjoy the indulgence that comes out.
More specifically, wherein a rather post-apocalyptic Coerthas, Estinien does something drastic to assist Aymeric and sets off an unexpected chain of events that leads to what one advance reader called "Estinien Wyrmblood's Great Polyamorous Awakening".

Summary
You arrive in Amaurot expecting to confront Emet-Selch in battle, but instead he offers you a bargain: He will use his power to ensure that you do not transform into a Lightwarden, and in return, you will remain with him and his brethren for five years; one for each of the Lightwardens’ aether.
It’s a good deal.
Featuring lots of sex and lots of Ascians and also some semblance of a plot! The plot is mostly hilariously contrived excuses for more sex, but it counts.

Aymeric has a request of Estinien. It does not go well.
“If you are lonely, turning away company seems…counter-intuitive.”
“Tis not your company I am loathe to accept, Estinien. It is your assured absence in the morning.” Aymeric cannot look at Estinien as he confesses, “I am always glad of your companionship but I am not so daft as to be able to ignore the glaring difference of falling asleep with someone and waking with nary a farewell. Not when..”
