Suguru chewed on his bottom lip nervously, one hand on his swollen belly, “Yeah.” He said in this small voice, hiccuping.
“Suguru, do you even hear yourself right now? You sound so ridiculous.”
Suguru's bottom lip wobbled, “So, you hate me now?” He asks in a small voice.
“Suguru, I'm really not in the mood for this—”
“You hate me.” Suguru finally sobbed, choking on a whimper, “Satoru, you hate me?”
The other line went quiet— completely quiet.
“Suguru, are you— are you crying?”
Or where,
suguru knew that declaring war amidst his pregnancy was a terrible damn decision but he thinks there was no choice considering how he was running out of time in his opinion and it's not like he failed or something— he executed his plan perfectly.
