Beneath Gotham there is something. Anyone who spends time with their feet on the ground can tell you that much. At the surface level it's goons and scared street kids. Beneath them are the sewers, haunted by endless appetites and the scraping of hide against stone. Beneath that is glowing green, craving warmth of blood and rage, hunting for its host. And even further beneath that is something other.
Above Gotham there is something. Anyone who spends time in the city can tell you that much. In the shadows of tall buildings or on outcrops of stone there was movement. Flashes of color or shadows taken form. Ever watchful eyes following the movement of the cities beating heart.
Some feared what was above, some feared what was below. But for one... well one craved both.

Summary
Ten years ago, Tim was kidnapped by Henry Bendix. Tim, Apollo and Midnighter eventually escaped Bendix together, but not before Bendix inflicted a few "improvements" on Tim. After joining Stormwatch, Tim becomes 'Dusk', fighting alongside Apollo and Midnighter. But lately, he's been feeling a little restless...
Shortly after Tim was kidnapped, Jason was attacked by the Joker, he just barely survived. The road to recovery was long and arduous. After a big fight with Bruce, Jason sets out on his own and becomes Revenant. They hadn't spoken for more than a year until an unexpected weapons shipment to Gotham suddenly necessitates their cooperation.

Summary
“Eighteen years ago, an earthquake ripped through Gotham City, and in the aftermath, instead of helping, the US government sealed the city under a ‘quarantine’ and left them to die. Two years later, when signs of life and even civilisation were still detectable inside the shattered city, the government sent the military in to reclaim and rehabilitate Gotham. Gotham has not forgotten, and they have not forgiven either.”
An AU where an altered version of No Man’s Land happened while Bruce was in his late teens/early twenties, and Batman was born in the hellish crucible of a trapped city that was left for dead and then violently retaken. Gotham may pretend to run by mainlander rules for the sake of those who would have died otherwise, but under the surface, Bruce, Jim, Leslie, Ivy and Oswald and their pack keep their own council, and look with jaundiced eyes on the mainland.

Red Hood watches him from the landing above, he discovers upon tilting his head up. The thought wanders through his swimming head that it isn't fair how quietly the man moves. Jason must outweigh Tim by an infuriating margin, and he hadn't heard the rusted metal groan even once.
"Hood," he says. It slurs past his fangs and a tingling mouthful of venom. The scent of human is filtering down to him in the wake of old cigarettes. Warm, mouth-watering, an edge of musk that tightens his gut.
"This is, no shit, the sixth time I've caught you out here," says Red Hood.

Danny gets thrown into Omegaverse DC, coming from somewhere were that is a fanfiction category, it's a bit of a culture shock.
Poor Danny has so navigate this world with new rules he doesn't know or understand. Find a way home, maybe find out what happen to the him from this universe, and try not to get attached.
The Batfam are just excited for the new pup in the family.
