Summary
Mingyu has never gotten her nails done in her life. Originally out of pure disinterest, and eventually for…alternative reasons. She could not care less about this girl's nails.
Which is why Mingyu nearly laughs when she leans over and asks: "Do you want me to do yours?"
It also makes her response of: "Um, yeah. Sure," even more ridiculous than the compliment to begin with. She can barely believe she even let the words leave her mouth.
Kim Mingyu operates under the firm belief that fate will handle everything, and it is simply her job to follow suit. Seokmin, however, has no intention of letting Mingyu pass her by.

“You know what I’m talking about,” Sokka huffs, sounding exasperated. “The silly little love letter I wrote you years ago? When I was like—what, seventeen? Eighteen?”
or: Sokka writes Zuko a love letter. It takes a decade and dealing with one awfully persistent suitor to reach him.

Zuko is courting Katara, and with every passing day finds new and insane ways of showing that he would quite literally move the spirit world and earth to make her happy.
In hindsight, it probably would've been better if Sokka had realised he was in love with Zuko at literally any time before this. Or preferably, never fallen for his best friend in the first place.
