Summary
"This is Oracle" comes from the communicator, and Jack doesn't know who that is. He expected it to connect to Tim, maybe Batman or the butler, not to a stranger. Has Tim ever mentioned someone named Oracle? He can't remember.
"H-hi, this is…uh…" he doesn't know what to say. He can't calm his breathing down; his hands are still shaking, and just how much can he tell this stranger? Tim might not even know them, and would Tim even want his identity as Robin to be connected to him?
"Sir, can I help you?" The voice of Oracle is calm and distorted, but Jack feels like just a little bit impatient. They probably get a lot of questions like this.
Pull yourself together, Jack. He can't leave Tim an orphan. This is already his second chance; there will be
Or: fix-it fic for Identity Crisis, specifically for Jack's death

Summary
Danny Phantom died in a lab accident. This is fairly common knowledge, considering his attire, but Maddie didn't make the connection until she overheard him talking about it with some of the other ghosts. Then she notices how much he looks like Danny. How much he sounds like him. How similar their mannerisms are, and their habits, and their sense of humor.
Unfortunately, she still manages to come to some slightly wrong conclusions.

Summary
Danny Fenton is the son of Jack, known as Phantom, and the Fentons loved him.
One of these is a lie.
Peter Parker is the son of Richard, known as Spiderman, and the Parkers loved him.
One of these is a lie.
An accidental meeting between Spiderman and Phantom has resulted in an unexpected friendship. However, they discovered that their parentage was all lies. Now, two heroes and their friends work together to find the truth and keep the truth hidden from their respective biological parents. Oh, don't forget the other things life decides to throw at their faces because life just wants them to suffer and struggle to stay afloat above all the chaos due to their parentage.
Meanwhile, it was discovered by Nick Fury that he, some of the Avengers, and an affiliate of the Avengers all had a child roaming in the world. Let see how they handle the situation and if they can actually discover the identity of their children.
(A common crossover I decide to make filled with one of my favorite tropes that involve an unknown child roaming in the world, the child discovering the truth first, the child keeping the truth hidden, and the respective parent searching for that said child.)

Summary
Danny just wanted to fight ghosts and live a normal, teenage life. But on vacation, he runs into Sam and Dean and they develop a bad habit of summoning him across the country whenever they run into a ghost. Weirdly, the ghosts are popping up all over the states and something strange is happening in the Ghost Zone. They think another ghost might be behind all the sudden appearances. During all of this, Danny's parents are slowly crossing the line between strict and abusive. Vlad is doing his very best to help Danny and make up for the things he did in the past, but he hasn't quite gotten Danny's trust yet.
