Xiao Zhan doesn’t know the protocol here. How to behave while being stuck in an elevator with a stranger who might or might not know who he is? He doesn’t seem to be a fan at least, which is a big relief, but Xiao Zhan should know the risks of being too naive around people since he became famous. He really should. He witnessed the result of not being properly prepared less than five minutes ago.
But before he can work himself up into a thought spiral about how to handle the situation, the boy says, “Xiao Zhan.”
Xiao Zhan does his best to not look like a deer in headlights, but instead like the approachable person that he’s supposed to be. Maybe he is a fan after all?

The boy looks like he wants to squirm but reigns it in. “Ge is drawing so well, I want to follow him on Weibo.”
“I don't have a Weibo account,” Xiao Zhan lies.
A beat of silence. “Tell me your name anyways?”
Or: Xiao Zhan enjoys drawing people on the metro, and is suddenly faced with quite the persistent subject.
