Resting his elbows on his knees, Buck buried himself in hands and let out a groan. His stomach was just getting worse the longer he sat up, but he didn’t want to go back to bed.
“Shit,” Buck mumbled into his hands.
A soft knock came from the other side of the door, Eddie’s voice was just a soft, “Buck?” he called out gently, “Cariño, are you alright?”
Buck took a deep breath, steadying his voice, “Yeah, Babe, go back to bed, I’ll be there in a minute,” he lied, they both knew he did. Buck wasn’t sure what his next moves were going to be, he didn’t have any pads, his boxers were in a desperate need of a wash, and he was in too much pain to think about moving.
