Summary
With Guinevere choosing to return to Ealdor rather than becoming the queen of Camelot, Arthur's heart is left open to the affections of his servant. Merlin seizes the opportunity to become intimately closer with Arthur than he had ever allowed himself to be before. Now, a princess from a powerful kingdom across the sea is on her way to Camelot, her father hoping to secure a betrothal to ally their kingdoms. Feeling himself pulled in two different directions, Arthur must decide between his duty and his desire.
It doesn't help that Arthur is left reeling as he discovers Merlin and the princess have something in common.

Summary
“Gwen, it’s terrible,” Merlin said. “He’s polite! He’s kind, even!”
“And that’s a problem?” Gwen asked, dryly.
"I’m going to have to go through an entire week serving the perfect Golden Prince, and then go back to my Prince Prat, and I think it’s going to break me, Gwen. He’s going to get me used to it, and then it’ll be back to mile-long lists, and being called stupid instead of spectacular and how am I supposed to handle that?”
Gwen said, hesitantly, “I thought you liked Arthur?”
“I do,” Merlin said, sounding even lower than before. “I have to.”

When a visiting Prince visits Camelot, and takes Merlin as his servant during his negotiations with The Crown, Merlin finds himself being seen in a way he'd always wished Arthur would see him, and doesn't know what to do with any of it.Series

Summary
His quarry was slowing, staggering now, betrayed by broken branches and crushed vegetation. He could have followed the trail this far by scent alone. Arthur knelt and peered through the underbrush as it gave way to reveal a small clearing crowded by low, shublike trees under a dark, dappled canopy.
The body lay in a crumpled heap in the center of the clearing. Scratches about the head and arms told of a struggle. Perhaps that was why his prey had fallen, or perhaps it was only weariness from a long and dangerous trek. For a moment he feared he was too late, but then he was reassured: though the eyes were closed and the limbs lay at awkward angles, the skinny chest rose and fell with steady breaths.
“Merlin!” Arthur called.
But only silence answered him.

Summary
The knights of Camelot would do anything for Camelot but most importantly they'd do everything for Arthur, their one true King. They would not hesitate to do anything he tells them to.
Even now, they all wait for him to give his instructions as the druid’s words sink in.
For the sealed tomb to be unlocked, it requires the defiling of an innocence.
More specifically, a defiling of somebody innocent. A virgin’s first time is needed as a sacrifice.
The tomb is enchanted, and within lies the one object that can stop Camelot from a monster of a certain doom.
-OR-
When the Knights go in search of something to save Camelot, they are told that the only way to do so is to sacrifice a virgin.None of the knights are; until of course, a certain non-knight manservant pipes up.

Summary
Arthur has never cared about being proper around Merlin because Merlin has never been one to treat him properly. Still, it's rare for Arthur to slip and use his alpha voice, knowing that, even to the beta he believes Merlin to be, it's an overt exertion of power. The few times Arthur has commanded his servant in such a way, he usually orders Merlin to "shut up" or "go away", and Merlin can play it off like he's following Arthur's orders too literally in retaliation, until he's able to find the one alpha that knows about him (thank the Gods for Lancelot!) and convince him to override Arthur's order with his own.
This time he doesn't get the chance.
[Merlin gets stuck in Arthur's chambers without his suppressants or his scent blockers. Things turn out much better than he expects...]
EDITED: 16/4/26 (mostly for tenses, grammer, etc. but the old draft is saved if anyone preferred it)

Summary
Morgana ties Arthur's life to Merlin's, thinking that it'll be much easier to kill a helpless servant than the King of Camelot.
Aka, Morgana unwittingly binds Arthur's life to the most powerful sorcerer to walk the earth.
Aka, not only can they physically not leave each other's sides, but also anything Merlin feels, so does Arthur--and vice versa.
