The city stood, tall and powerful, comparable to nothing and yet was nothing in and of itself. The city never truly belonged to its people, a gift given to others to be taken and used as they saw fit. Ravaged and forsaken.
But maybe it never deserved to be theirs in the first place. Maybe Quackity was on the right side of history, and Jericho was meant to fall.

What if Buddy – Syndrome – decided: instead of eliminating all of the Supers, he’d capture them and use them to figure out how to make himself a true Super? When Supers become outlawed, he locates them and lures them in one by one under the guise of helping to legalize Super work again, determined to become a true Super once and for all, one way or another.
