Summary
In 159AG, a portal opened at the bottom of the Mo Ce Sea, allowing giant monsters that became known as the kaiju to enter the physical world. For eight long years, the world's benders were the first line of defense, but the loss of life became too great. A fifteen year old Asami Sato has the solution, and she presents her idea to the world: Build giant mechs to fight the kaiju. She calls them "jaegers." Now, three years later, her jaegers are the primary kaiju-fighting weapon, and she's determined to pilot her own. Who knew the avatar would also want to be a pilot.

Summary
Lt. Korra Waters is a simple woman of simple tastes. Enter Sgt. Asami Sato, new girl in the unit, former one-night-stand (okay, maybe two-night, would you believe four?), and Korra's new driver. That's not awkward, at all.
To make matters even worse, the whole unit is set to ship out on deployment in four weeks. That means the Ell-Tee has less than a month to break in her greenhorn, party 'til her blood turns to rum, and shake this nasty case of the feels she's been coming down with. But all's fair in Love and War, and a certain uppity little Sergeant isn't going to play fair, even if she pulls rank.

I can’t pass down enemies to lovers. This is the type of writing I ASPIRE to have. Coincidentally, I was following Humble’s other korrasami fic Whitechapel Avater when I found this, got hooked, and was a little shocked when Infound out both were by the same writer. Don’t know how that flew over my head at first.

As much as Dean hates him for that, the longer he sticks around, the more he begins to threaten that first rule too. Dean’s been taught his whole life that those who play hockey should not be captivated by deep accented voices and the way a guy handles his stick, so how the hell is he supposed to justify what he’s starting to think about Cas? All Dean wanted at the beginning of the season was to win, and now all he wants to do is figure out how he feels about Cas and how to deal with it without ruining his career and tearing his family apart.
