Rhea had explained the benefits for the Kingdom—an impressive dowry with which to encourage sorely needed agricultural and political reforms—and the Church—renewed doctrines and defense pacts with which to encourage piety and goodness in everyone’s hearts, as well as the formal education of all royal offspring at Garreg Mach.
What Byleth seemed to gather was that a great number of people would have their lives vastly improved if she were, essentially, to move into a castle up north for a while.
