Summary
It's summer. Classes are out and students are having to find ways to make extra money for next semester. Applying for a babysitting job to take care of two kids for a few weeks should be easy enough for Izuku to handle, right? Even the grumpy, blonde and foul-mouthed pizza delivery boy can't make this a completely terrible experience.
So why do the kids seem dead-set on making Izuku suffer every time they order pizza?
Where Katsuma's failed attempts to convince Mahoro not to mess with a pining delivery boy and an easily embarrassed, also pining, babysitter takes a turn for the worst. Not to mention how Katsuki and Izuku eventually have to run around town looking for the kids who are a little too good at hide and seek, but that comes later.

Summary
Quirkless, young adult Midoriya Izuku has a problem. Namely, he has a crush on his purple haired, tired-looking neighbor. They keep running into each other and the guy is actually pretty nice under that deadpan facade, has a sense of humor, doesn't seem to judge anyone for their quirk status, and is constantly spoiling any cat in the building that finds him. (He's also a shameless flirt.)
But Izuku has concerns. About the strange bruises and bloodied knuckles. About the weapons he's seen when stopping by for a cup of sugar. About the shady-looking figures he's accidentally spotted his neighbor meeting with. About the fact that right after the news reported a big crime bust, his neighbor came home beat all to hell and looking haunted.
Izuku has a problem. Namely, he has a crush on his neighbor, who he's pretty sure is secretly a villain. And he has no idea what to do with that.
(or: Adult!ShinZuku AU where Shinsou is an underground, undercover pro hero trying to find a lead on a case that may or may not involve the socially awkward guy living next door. Misunderstandings abound.)

Katsuki wasn’t going to deal with more bullshit on an already bullshit day. He opened Heroes of Yuuei to complete some missions and maybe grind for some higher-stat items just to keep his mind busy. And he was not friends with “AMSilverAge1”, so there shouldn’t have been a reason for any communication between them anyway.
And he was moving his mouse towards the block button, for real, when he got another ping. And another, and another, and another.
Sounded like desperation to Katsuki.
Which kind of made him preen a bit. It meant that for once, that level-capped nerd was bowing to him.

Just in time, Deku came back from buying some baked bread.
"Oh sweet! You managed to sell a bracelet! For how much?"
"500 gold coins."
"WHAT?! Kacchan! That's only like, 10 silver coins!"
