Suguru raised an eyebrow.

Satoru nodded with enthusiasm and a flushed complexion.
“Right, so, um— where do you keep your books? I brought a few of my own.”
Suguru’s eyes widened at this response. “Your— books?”
“Books,” Satoru repeated. “Math ones, just in case.”

Summary
There are some great quick-and-dirty guides to HTML on A03. This is not one of them - it is a comprehensive guide
It's now 2025, a decade later. A03 supports some new HTML and and we're all walking around reading fic on supercomputers that fit in a jean pocket. It was time to update.
The previous three chapters have been divided into smaller concepts. Each tag continues to have - at a minimum - a link to the w3schools page about it (so you can learn more), a code example, and the result of the code example. Most tags have their attributes, things like [src] or [title], listed and examples of how using the attributes modify the tags.
There's a chapter on Bad Ideas, including how some of the archive's default CSS is available to you to format your work (users can't turn that off by hiding a workskin!)
Oh. And I added a bunny army. You could learn how to add one too.

“Geez dude, relax. It was just a question,” Shoko says, the small smile that she offers him making the situation a little better. “It’s just masturbation. And, I mean, Satoru is objectively hot, so what’s the harm? It’s not like you’re stealing his used panties and sniffing them to get off, so how bad could it really be?”
In an instant he pales, face going from scarlet to borderline grey. His entire body freezes up and stills on the ground where he’s still hunched over. A knowing expression crosses her features, mouth dropping open in shock as she tries to process the reasons behind Suguru’s actions.
And then it clicks.“Oh my fucking God,” She gasps and Suguru wonders when will he finally pass away and leave this God forsaken earth, “Suguru, you absolute dog.”

Summary
“What do you want, Mei Mei?” Satoru asks straight away, because he’s never been one to beat around the bush.
“The university’s charity organization has decided to set up a kissing booth to raise money for this year’s donation goal, and I’ve been tasked with recruiting the lucky volunteers,” Mei Mei says as she places her hand on the back of Suguru’s chair, her gaze as graciously calculating as always. “I thought you might be interested.”
“I am afraid I must refuse,” Suguru replies, maintaining a courteous tone of voice, because there’s no universe in which he’d voluntarily subject himself to such a thing.
“Okay,” Satoru retorts at the exact same moment, and every single thought in Suguru’s head comes to a standstill.
Or: When Satoru agrees to volunteer at their University's kissing booth charity event Suguru is forced to come to terms with how he actually feels about his best friend.

Summary
Shoko keeps asking him if they fell out because of a fight, or something. He assures her it’s much simpler than that:
Satoru moved to Kyoto for university, and Suguru stayed in Tokyo. They didn’t really keep in touch.
Sad, sure— but such fates are met by plenty of childhood friends.
(He knows Shoko texts Satoru a lot, knows they kept in contact— and he wonders if she asks him the same question: Did you have a fight?
He wonders if Satoru gives her a different answer.)

Or: Despite all the memories coloring their childhood, at twenty-four, Suguru hadn't seen Satoru for years. And then he's there, again, in his life, abrupt and distracting and mesmerizing like a snowstorm, and Suguru has a lifetime or feelings he seems to have gotten too old to ignore.
