Summary
Lily, as the respectable Gryffindor Prefect, had to mentor James Potter in the Hospital Wing for a week because Remus’ ‘sick week’ and Potter’s quidditch accident overlapped together.
or
James cracked tf outta his skull and heard LETSSS FUCKING GOOOO
OR
How much "mentoring" would it take for two soulmates to realize that maybe their relationship doesn't need to consist of unrequited fantasies or continuous annoyance rituals? Mentoring James Potter will be the first time Lily Evans spends more than five minutes alone with him—without fifteen classmates muffling the sounds of Potter's relentless pursuit and Lily's biting answers.
Who knows whether one week is enough? Not James Potter — though he certainly hopes so.

Summary
Lily had known him for quite a long time now—James Potter and his weird hair, his desperate jokes, and those horn-rimmed glasses sitting on the bridge of his nose. He couldn’t help but make a fool of himself in front of her every single time.
But Lily had never once considered turning him down as "resisting," despite everyone else calling it that, talking about his charm and how cute he acted, how much he fancied her. He was...pretty resistible, really.
Until he wasn't, at least.

Summary
“Wait,” he says slowly, his heart somersaulting like it’s been taken for a ride on a broomstick, “A crush on McLauren or me?"
Lily shoots him a pitiful look.
“Please don’t make me admit I fancy you after basically seeing you naked,” she says bitterly, wiping at her eyes. “I won’t be able to live with myself.”

Summary
Answer to the prompt: “our asshole mutual friends set us up on a blind date and didn’t tell us it was a blind date, so instead of getting to know each other we spent the entire ‘date’ scheming against them and decided an awesome way to get back at them would be to pretend to date and then have a horrendous breakup but now that we’re two months into this charade we’re not sure what’s real and what’s fake anymore”
