Summary
Stamina has never really been my thing. I mean abso-fucking-lutely I can go balls to the wall, super hard for pretty much forever but being able to do something and wanting to do something are two very different somethings. Why do that when you can just one-and-done that shit. Speed. Precision. Flashy. Explosive energy.
Explosive.
Nice. I should use that.
Stamina isn’t my thing. I like the buzzwords, the speedy buzzwords.
Stamina is more Kirishima’s thing. I guess when you’re an idiot, you can stand to punch through a wall, one strike at a time, instead of blowing it off its hinges.

Summary
Katsuki has always been wicked fast, and I guess I’ve always been sorta jealous of that. It’s way cool, you know? And super manly, being able to just jump into action and not worry about what’s going to happen. I’m too scared to do that most of the time, too worried I’ll mess up and people will get hurt. He’ll get hurt. He tries to tell me that that’s me being reasonable and level headed but sometimes, when I’m lying awake at night and thinking over the day’s work, I think a little bit of that caution comes a touch too close to fear.
It’s not that I’m a stranger to fear, far from it, actually. But courage, yeah listen to this I heard someone say it once, courage isn’t the lack of fear, it’s recognizing that sometimes things are more important than fear. Isn’t that awesome? I think so at least.
I wonder if Katsuki feels the same way. He probably doesn’t, knowing him. I’ll bet he never feels scared like I do. Or maybe...Maybe just that one time. I think I saw fear that one time. But I think, usually, he’s moving too fast for the intrusive thoughts to catch up with him.
