FBI Special Agent Steven Grant Rogers has been busting his asthmatic, polyglot ass for years to get where he is, in a glass office high up in the FBI headquarters in New York City, practically leading the Violent Crimes Division at age 27. He’s the youngest supervising agent in the division, and he wouldn’t jeopardise that title for anything; not his roommate’s cousin Sharon, not Hill’s shifty CI who won’t quit flirting with him, not even his stepfather calling and practically begging for some sort of relationship. Nothing can get in his way. Not when he’s so close to catching the world’s most wanted criminal: the Winter Soldier, suspected to be a glorified KGB agent without a shred of humanity left in his frozen heart.
