pasting my comment for chapter three because oh my god
this is a pure and shining gem hidden away so beautifully, i feel like i have been seen and recognized and acknowledged with a saucy wink, as if to imply that it’s in on the secret that i am one of its intended audience. that the agony of personhood and objectification and rejection is as much of the appeal as the sex bits, that those themes are UNEXTRACTABLE from the sex bits, the sex is his relationship with his body and the relationship with his body is his relationship to sidious and his relationship to sidious is his struggle to Become, which is about his body and hotwiring it for sex.
