The sorcerer kept a series of journals. He tucked them away in his desk, away from the eyes of others, sometimes he wrote about new spells he’d learned, other times just about his day. He never shared them with anyone, after all, he didn’t have anyone to share them with. However, it allowed him to write about things he could never bring himself to speak about. It’s where he confided his thoughts when he ended up having to care for his severely injured rival.
