She seemed just so defeated, which was completely understandable in your opinion. Shit, having fought for so long for scraps of a good life, to get thrusted into a position you never wanted for the sake of the movement you had believed your whole life in... Just to have to keep on fighting everyday. It seemed like too much burden for a single individual.
You always believed in the power of words, and how much they could destroy or make someone's day, and it seemed like just the smallest amount of praise was enough to get some of the weight off Sevika's shoulders.
