At the beginning of the universe, souls were bound together in a tight bond called the soulmate bond. As the generations passed, these souls searched for each other, praying that one day, they would be reunited. In this specific era, souls find each other by switching organic forms on the day one soul turns 18.
Evan's 18th birthday comes along without him realising it until he wakes up in the wrong body unprepared and scared, he has no idea how he's ever going to find his soulmate or his body again.

When Peter’s aunt dies, he ends up in the custody of his mother’s brother. A man who he didn’t even realize existed until a few minutes before meeting him. Obviously there must be a reason for that, right? Aunt May and Uncle Ben wouldn’t have hidden another half of his family from him without one or two…
But it turns out there were a whole lot of reasons. Each one worse than the one before. Seems like his Parker luck is catching up with him.
But maybe some good can come from this in the long run? After all, what his new uncle doesn’t know won’t kill him. But it will probably bite Spider-Man in the ass if he isn’t careful.
