“I’m quite enjoying seeing Sam finally at a loss for words,” he replies. Dean grins and thinks he could get used to Castiel being around to gang up on Sammy. He goes to turn away but Castiel places a warm, firm hand on his shoulder stopping him.Dean’s arm erupts into flames, or so he imagines. He has half a mind to go search for the fire extinguisher. He’s also an idiot.
Dean meets Castiel’s bright blue eyes again.
“Call me Cas,” he says.
“S-Sure thing, Cas,” Dean stutters.
Cas smirks.
Dean melts.
