Summary
After the Battle of Hogwarts, Voldemort’s defeat does not bring the peace and normalcy Harry had long hoped for. Unable to bear the loss of Fred Weasley in the final battle, Harry vanishes for months. Consumed by grief and post-traumatic stress, Harry makes decisions that lead him to ultimately become the Master of Death. Only after the war ends does he discover a final item left to him by Albus Dumbledore, one that had remained hidden until he arrived back at Hogwarts for an optional eighth year.
There are mysteries to unravel, evil to defeat and relationships to rebuild and maintain. Harry's life was never meant to be simple.

Summary
This is a series re-write starting with Book 5. Everything from up until then is canon compliant. Harry learns of the importance of his role in the war ahead after doubting himself following the death of Cedric Diggory and Voldemort's resurrection. In the midst of a war, he learns that he wants more for his life than just to survive. He wants love and to be loved. After fighting in the war in the first fic, Voldemort's death doesn't bring the peace and normalcy Harry thought he had always wanted. There are mysteries to unravel, evil to defeat and relationships to maintain. Harry's life was never meant to be simple.

Summary
It’s the speech he has received since he was old enough to remember. The importance of power, of connections and the mix of money and fear that can open doors and change or avoid laws. This is supposed to be his legacy, not the manor, not the vaults. This is what he was trained and molded to do.
Potter is furious now. Good. This is what he knows, this is how their dynamic should be. “You spoiled git. Do not talk about Sirius. He was better than any member of your inbred family.”
Draco enjoys getting the reaction too much to hide it. “I am spoiled? That’s rich coming from your privileged ass. And, technically, he was part of my inbred family, so…”
“How am I privileged?”
“Oh, I don’t know, how about we ask every teacher and figure of authority around?"A collection of meetings between Harry and Draco throughout the years. A story that is based on them being constants in each other’s lives and being there one way or another in every phase of life.

Summary
Everyone knows that Harry and Draco take any opportunity to piss each other off, so when they disappear after their last Quidditch match, no one would have guessed that they were finally addressing the sexual tension that they had so quickly disguised as rivalry.
Because how could they have known that Draco would have unwillingly displayed his outright attraction to Harry when he whispered a taunt in his ear after beating him for the Snitch yet again?
It’s only a wonder that Harry followed him into the Slytherin changing rooms just to ask why the hell he had his erection pressed up into him.
