Summary
Loki had never fit into his family. An outcast who was never good enough. His mother tried to help him, but maybe it was already too late. Then a little girl appeared out of nowhere, crying, and his heart started to beat again.
PS: I changed the title (it's meant to be interpreted from Loki's POV), because this turned out to be a LOT less sad than I originally was going for. But there will be sadness still because their pain is their fuel for the happiness they deserve.

I know there already is a public workskin for Homestuck, but this one has a background function and a function for the larger command font.
Updated Apr 2024 to clarify some instructions (and also update them according to various layout changes) and to alter the CSS to use percentage widths instead of fixed widths (in order to improve the mobile reader's experience). The Courier New font seems to dislike certain mobile browsers, but I've yet to find a fix for it.
