He confirmed to many an HR department that she definitely worked for him, uh-huh, five years in accounts? Absolutely, best accountant he’d ever had. She’d been ‘borrowing’ his vacuum cleaner for years now. He attended her grandpa's funeral.
Boyfriends and girlfriends came and went. Heroes and villains, dubious costumes and harebrained schemes.
They remained.

Summary
Regardless of how Red Hood is viewed throughout Gotham, the point is Gothamites know Red Hood gets shit done. So in any other normal situation Jason would have everything perfectly under control. But of course the situation at hand is anything but normal. No the situation at hand involves the fucking Justice League. Specifically a Justice League that is not privy to the intimate workings of the Batfamily™, and therefore a Justice League that knows the Red Hood as a serial killing crime lord whose ranking on the Most Wanted list sits right next to Batman’s most brutal rogues.

When Nightwing joins the Justice League Hal Jordan doesn't know what to make of him. Despite his easy-going personality Hal can sense deeper troubles underneath the surface and with his identity as secretive as Batman's its hard to get a clear picture. He seems to know far too much about their local Bat and is far to intimate to be 'just friends' with Roy.
Or, seven times Hal Jordan is confused about Nightwing's relationship with his fellow League members and one time that he understands.
