Everything hurt. Oh god, why did everything hurt so much?! His chest, his head, his arms, his legs, his eyes. They all stung and ached with the knowledge that the people he lived and worked with wanted nothing to do with him. His limbs shouted at him just like they did, screaming that he was useless, that Thomas and everyone else would be better off without him. He wasn't an emotion. He was just a condition.
Breathing unsteadily, Virgil slowly unraveled himself from the tight ball he had formed to instead reach for the small metal object on the bathroom floor. It glinted in the white light as he brought it closer. A thin, grim smile stretched across his face as he stared at it. Okay. It's time.

- "At Your Call I Respond": Six's mission to kill Sierra Four didn't go very well, nor did the phone call to Fitz after his escort tried to kill him. A man he'd heard of briefly in passing, a man who worked with no rules, said something that made Six freeze. “I’m just going to have so much fun with… what’re their names? Colt Seavers and Ryland Grace?” Or, what happens when Six's brothers are taken as leverage?
- "We've Got You": Colt gets a call in the middle of the night and immediately knows something is wrong before Ryland even speaks. He calls his older brother for help. Or, when the research center explodes, will Six and Colt arrive too late to save their brother?
- "Jump": Faking his death wasn't on Colt's bingo card, but whatever, fine. It wasn't his "death" he was worried about, but how his brothers would react. As Colt starts to enact his plan to clear his name (and gain Ryder's confession of guilt), things do not go as planned. Or, Ryland is on the helicopter when he clearly shouldn't be
