Jisung’s mouth drops open. Then closes. Then opens again. His eyes going wide, a dumb expression plastered on his face. Did he? I mean, yes? Was there something else he was supposed to think? What other reason could Lee Minhee have to want to- his train of thought is cut short when suddenly he feels her hand start to climb further up his thigh. And oh. Oh. No? Wait. Really?

When Minho drags his boyfriend to meet his friends during lunch, however, Chan decidedly does not understand.
The supposed sexiest man that Minho’d ever seen shows up in a bright red hoodie that looks much too big for him. His ripped jeans might have looked sexy, especially from how they clung to his legs, but his stance reminds Chan startlingly of those girls in the anime that Felix plays in the background. When he waves at the group, the hoodie accidentally gives him sweater paws, and Chan is idly aware of the matching red sneakers that barely give the boy any height.
“Hey,” he greets, clearly nervous. His hands instinctively reach over to play with his own fingers, and he almost looks innocent. “I-I’m Han Jisung."

Then, Jisung gets a hold of himself and smiles at the camera again, shy and sweet.
“His name is Minho,” he says through a rough voice, blinking back tears.or nine years after their break up, minho stumbles upon a video where Jisung admits that he was the love of his life. a lot of feelings unravel after that.

The surfing school is a shack.
Not in the figurative sense, as in, an unkept building. No, it’s an actual shack by the side of the beach’s boardwalk.
The unoriginal name, SUNSHINE AND SURF, is hand painted on its front in big, bold yellow and blue letters, alongside a smaller plank of wood, seemingly an afterthought, describing their services as “equipment rentals and sales, courses and” an ominous “so much more…”
When Minho receives a coupon for a three-day surfing course, he tries every trick in the book to get out of going. But when he finally meets his hot surfing instructor he realizes that, perhaps, surfing might not be as bad as he thought. After all, what could go wrong? It's not like knowing how to swim is a hard requirement.

Jisung asked, because even though he knew an idol’s career had a limited lifespan—and that most careers peaked and declined after military service—Minho was still handsome enough to have successfully redirected his career if age had really been the problem. Minho could have easily become an actor, or at least a model.
"Ah, I got injured." Minho replied with a faint smile, and under the table, Jisung could tell he was gently tapping his left knee. "A fractured kneecap.”Jisung pressed his lips together, hoping Minho couldn’t read pity in his eyes. Because that wasn’t what he wanted to give him. Compassion, yes—but not pity.
