He couldn't help but wonder how Feliciano's touch would feel on the rest of his body; hands wandering over his arms, his legs, everything. He's overheard Feliciano talking about his desires for women, but would he ever think those same things towards someone like him?
Those thoughts were quickly pushed out of his head with the tight shutting of his eyes. He shouldn't entertain such perverted thoughts. Feliciano was simply being nice, nothing more.
Or: Arthur and Feliciano end up having to share a bed, which leads to them sharing body heat as well. AKA they fuck.

His neck is overwarm, sweat caked to the crevices of his skin. Huffing through his nose, he says, “Sorry. I’m just stressed.”

All he wants to do is go home, until a certain American stumbles onto him, spilling the drink in Lovino's hand. They get to talking and one thing leads to another, Alfred will give the stubborn Italian his jacket so he can take off his sticky shirt and go home! But when they get to the bathroom for Lovino to change the tension between them and the alcohol in their systems leave them wanting more.
