"Shhh do not wake the baby"murmured the woman, taking a finger to the lips.
Paul stopped in the middle of the room, for an instant he stayed motionless, trying to understand what he had just heard. The mind, slow by the alcohol, seemed to take a moment to fit the word.

Randy had been attracted to Benson for so long at this point that he sometimes forgot to reprimand himself for it. He’d had a little workplace crush before, but Randy had figured it would fade after the day of the massacre, the day Benson uprooted Randy’s boring but relatively stress-free life and replaced it with whatever the hell they were doing now.
But it hadn’t. Not even a little. If anything, it had only gotten stronger.
