Summary
Koito’s just arrived in Asahikawa to join the 7th Division, but to his dismay, Tsurumi has to leave for Tokyo to visit Central. Without his beloved superior’s guidance, the newly minted second lieutenant must get the lay of the land on base, learn the politics that make up the division’s hierarchy, and familiarize himself with the soldiers he’s meant to lead.
