Summary
Emma and Regina's quiet walk through Storybrooke after a night of drinking ends in chaos when Emma falls through a portal, again, leaving Regina, their son, and the rest of her family behind to figure out how to get her home.
On the shelves of Regina's vault lives an old journal. At the suggestion of Archie, Regina begins to write in it again while scrambling to figure out how to open another portal.
Unbeknownst to her, its twin still resides in her old home, and now rests in Emma's hands. When Emma finds it and realizes some of the entries are dated for after she fell through the portal, they begin to write across realms. What starts as a lifeline quickly turns into a record of so much more.
