Summary
Diluc tried so hard to avoid his inner desire of apologizing and getting his brother back. In the name of vengeance, there was nothing he wouldn't do. And it was true, Diluc was merciless with both his claymore and his words. But perhaps, "I wish you'd die instead of my dad." was a little too harsh for someone who just wanted to celebrate his birthday.

When Kaeya, in the middle of all the pain he had on their way to Mondstadt, tried to wipe off the blood on Diluc’s cheek; Diluc realized that he never deserved Kaeya.

Summary
It's often Kaeya who always wishes to take back time and live as if nothing happened and the future was nothing but a gory nightmare. But as time passed by, he lost his hope and desire to fix everything, he finally faced the cruel truth that nothing will change and he's stuck forever. There was one way to end the suffering.
And Diluc really, really didn't like this decision of his.
Only if he wasn't so blind and cold against his younger brother, only if he showed he really cared about him. Maybe the result would be different.
He wishes to take back the time too.

Summary
There are things that people take for granted without realizing. Hypothetically, it’s obvious that one would think to be grateful for what they have on occasion. For example, reading a sad story, hearing about an unfortunate accident— these are things that remind people to hold tighter to their loved ones in their hearts. Only briefly, of course. Then things go back to normal, and it’s only natural for one to be oblivious once again.
It is only when things happen— horrible, unexpected and unfortunate things— that one realizes just what they had been blind to. They’ll end up looking at the rest of the world in loathing and bitter disbelief, wondering how everyone can walk around in ignorance of what they have.
The most hatred they’ll hold will be towards their past self though. They’ll curse themselves until the day they die.
Or at least, that’s how Diluc felt when Kaeya killed himself.

Summary
Kaeya never dreamed that a simple mission of taking out a Fatui base could go so incredibly wrong.
After an unfortunate accident, Kaeya becomes a child, slowly losing his memories of his estranged brother and home. Diluc is determined to do whatever is necessary to get his brother back, and restore the Cavalry Captain back to his former self.
But will the Fatui's sinister plot be more than either of them or the Knights can handle?
