Lance’s eyes went wide.
“And the Galra probably have too,” Hunk mumbled, eyes glued to the floor.
“But, we can get him back, right?” Lance questioned as Hunk and Pidge seemed to duel it out with their eyes. “Guys, where is he?”
With one last glare at Hunk, Pidge finally stepped forward. “He’s on Earth.”

Summary
Juleka has always depended on Rose for comfort. Whether it's about school, stress, her single mom's apparent lack of love for her, or self-doubt, Rose is right beside her, helping her through. There's one thing she can't tell Rose, though: she's been in love with her since the beginning of collége. When a mysterious writer somehow gets into her phone and starts to compose messages to her in the notes app, Juleka is determined to help them and find out who they are. And even though it's impossible, her mind won't stop telling her that the author is Rose.
Rose acts like she hasn't a care in the world. She constantly acts a shoulder for Juleka to lean on but is afraid to share her own fears and problems. When she sees Juleka type in her phone password one day, Rose comes to the conclusion that it would be much easier to write her feelings on her best friend's phone rather than confess them to her aloud. And since Juleka doesn't know that it's her, there is one thing that she can write without fear of repercussions: she's been in love with her since the beginning of collége.
(This summary is gross but it'd be cool if you could check out the story anyway :))

Sirius studied Remus’ face. He was curious what he thought of all of this, the only one of them who didn’t have a mark– theoretically– and the only one with a muggle parent. Muggles didn’t get marks, he knew. If Remus’ parents were soulmates, then they wouldn’t know it. He wondered if there was a way to tell, though. If they could just feel it, somehow, even without the help of some magical fate.
Because it seemed like something you would just know, just from being near someone, from being close enough to them, from being in the same space. Like their souls would attract like magnets or like water droplets traveling down a window, waiting to merge until the last moment when they realized they were on the same path, and then they’d become one.
Was that fate, Sirius wondered?
He realized Remus was staring back at him, his eyes puzzled and curious and warm.
Sirius looked away first and didn’t look back, pushing down something heavy and impossible in his chest.

"Ah! You're right," Gyro says, and Johnny almost relaxes, until he shouts, "Ué! Ll'urzo! Aje nu Stand?"
"I'm going to kill you if the bear doesn't beat me to it," Johnny informs him, strained.
"I don't think he speaks napulitano," Gyro tells him. "Should I try Italian next?"
"No," Johnny hisses. "You should try shutting your God damn pie hole."

Gyro squints at him. "Barbecue sounds like a fake word."
"It's not!" Johnny protests, twisting the hare over the fire. "I got no idea where it comes from, but I swear it's a real word. Barbecue is stuff you cook slow, with smoke. It's great. When this is over I'm gonna make you come back to Kentucky with me so you can have real barbecue." He pauses, then adds, "And mint juleps. I bet you'd like mint juleps."
"Johnny, you keep saying words at me and I'm almost entirely certain they're fake," Gyro complains, starting to prepare the other hare. "What in the hell is a julep?"
