Summary
Terezi swears that she's fine. She doesn't talk about her issues, not even to her best friends, but it's fine. The only support group in town for people with chronic illnesses and disabilities is run with a positively sickening attitude of everything happens for a reason. Terezi can't stand it. She swears that she's fine, but really, she's not. And Rose knows that she's not, and that's when an idea comes in. Bitching about their problems, honest conversations about day to day life, no higher power nonsense, and tons of snacks. All in the middle of Terezi's living room. Terezi is reluctant to participate at first, but soon she finds there's a few benefits to having a shoulder to cry on. Or six.
Then there's Vriska, a foul-mouthed girl with a bad attitude who hates most things and people. She finds herself, however, not hating these people.Bookmarked by blackdresses

Summary
Terezi has a problem. It’s not the fact that she’s been assigned to a job that she isn’t trained for and absolutely despises, or the endless daymares that rehash how she and her friends died in the Game, or even the way the Game suddenly ended without explanation, leaving Alternia as if it had never happened and erasing the memories of everyone... except her.
No, her problem is one Vriska Serket: ten sweeps, freshly graduated, newly appointed Admiral of Her Imperious Condescension's Fleet, and (probably) the root of (the majority of) Terezi's troubles. And the nonsensical, confused palecrush is only making things worse.

Summary
"What is it you said...that trolls are like bears?"
"Mhm! In this instance, yeah. I mean, trolls are mostly like bees, sort of like bats, and kind of like dolphins, but they're like bears when it comes to attacking people. If you aren't looking to totally die, you have to stand your ground and talk low. Screaming and running just make ya look like easy prey."
You stare at the humming green pod and imagine Karkat, your friend, leaping and trying to slash at your stomach, your throat. Doing it out of fear and obliviousness, only to find out what he'd done later. Even if you'd revive (and you're pretty certain you would), he'd never be able to live with himself. "Remind me what the word for "harmless" is."
Roxy smirks, huffing out of their nose and looking up at you through pink, heart-rimmed shades. "Pfft. 'Fraid not. Alternians don't have a concept of a total non-threat."
"Hm."
