Well, usually that's what alpha scent did to Kip. Usually he'd subtly pull away and put some distance between himself and whoever was invading his nostrils. This alpha, though, was having the opposite effect. That grounding musk with a hint of lavender and blueberries wasn't in the least bit offensive. No, it was…nice. Calming. It was making Kip feel a little lighter on his feet, actually. His constantly-worrisome brain was quieting down as he stared into the green irises looking back at him with intensity.
