Summary
Basically, my theory goes; Dispatch found out Toad is a mole from the Bianco family. The Service is especially unhappy that he's been able to meet with Rabbit at all, let alone multiple times. Dispatch assures them that Rabbit wouldn't be interested in hearing Toad out, if Toad tried to sway him to the other side. Especially if Rabbit thinks he caught Toad. So the next time The Service can tell Dispatch that Toad's with other mafia members, Dispatch calls Rabbit and tells him it's where a go-getter was captured by the Bianco family, hoping to kill two birds with one stone, Toad and any sympathy Rabbit might've had for him. As you know, it didn't pan out the way Dispatch meant it too.

He doesn’t even know why he let Colt drag him to this party. He’d come all this way to LA to visit and celebrate his brother wrapping up work on his newest film, but so far it’s been nothing but disaster. A series of petty arguments in their downtime between plans- plans he did not make, might he add- a dozen rounds of “compare and contrast” between the twins from Colt’s obnoxiously loud crew (maybe they’re just loud to him, or people in Los Angeles don’t have a difference between their inside voice and their outside voice, or perhaps it’s just been a while since he’s been around so many extroverts at one time), and the same stupid, frustrating question.
