“It is recording,” Ilya points at the camera, causing Shane to look over and just sigh while Ilya continues on, “But you see, everybody, he even wants to check my phone every single day to make sure I am not breaking this rule, you just saw it there.”

Had anyone else ever seen Shane like this? Was this privilege possibly his alone? Ilya considered it. He knew Shane hadn't slept with the two other men he'd hooked up with—far too risky for his control freak of a husband. Sleeping beside a woman was safer, but Shane hadn't had many proper girlfriends and didn't seem like the type to ask a hookup to spend the night. That left Rose as the only real option, and Ilya truly had no idea if he'd ever shared a bed with her.
It didn't matter. Even if someone else had slept next to Shane, they'd never have seen this: Shane tucked up against them, his lovely face pressed into their chest, adoring and affectionate even in sleep. Shane had never loved anyone else, and he'd never be so candid in his tenderness with a person he didn't love and trust.
Stunning. Perfect.
Ilya should be asleep, but his husband is simply too beautiful not to admire.
