Summary
Alastor had awoken before the king – he often did, sleep wasn't something that held him in its sway for long.
He turned his attentions to Lucifer's back, narrowing his eyes at the expanse of white skin.
Unmarked and smooth.
Nothing like his own, of course – no scars broke up the pale flesh. The only physical damages he bore from his fall were the blackened arms, the legs ending in hooves, the sharp teeth – and, the more hidden traits, of course.
It was one of those hidden traits that Alastor was trying to find, curiously searching Lucifer's shoulders and spine for any indication.

Summary

Alastor is unfortunately a little smarter than Lucifer would really like to give him credit for and figures it out thanks to the scent of angelic blood that paints a target on Lucifer's back...or, more accurately, between his legs.
