It was early morning; the sun had just risen at the end of the horizon, and Astrid was standing at the edge of the clubhouse. Stormfly was loosely curled around her.
Astrid knew that her partner tried to offer her some peace, but her mind hadn’t been able to quiet down after Snotlout's confession the day before. Her first instinct had been to jump on Stormfly, fly back to Berg, and bury her axe in Spitelout's drunk ass. Doing stuff like he did was unforgivable in her eyes.
