And then Trinity Santos was laying on top of her. Well, not completely. She’d more just thrown her arm and leg over Mel’s body with about all the grace of a gangly labrador. Mel took a deep breath, and something about the pressure from Santos’ body made it feel like she was sinking into the bed. In a good way.
“This kinda works, actually.”
“Good. Perfect. I’m a human squeeze toy and a human weighted blanket.”
“A squeeze toy?”
Santos let out a weary sigh and adjusted her head on the pillow. “Forget it. Sleep please.”

After karaoke night, Mel goes home with Santos and they end up in bed together. Platonically. They continue hanging out over and over until they resemble something like friends. Santos thinks about Mel, and Mel thinks about Santos. But Santos would never look at Mel like that, and Mel would never actually date anyone...or?

Summary
"You can't just kiss me like that!" Trinity exclaims, putting distance between herself and Mel, needing the space after what could be classified as a heart-stopping kiss.
A myocardial infarction inducing moment, one might say. Well, if they are into speaking like a medical textbook that is.
Regardless, it was everything Trinity had wanted when they accidentally met under the mistletoe, but everything she didn't need. Because Mel couldn't possibly want Trinity the way Trinity wanted Mel.
Right?
OR: Trinity is wrong. Mel has feelings for her in return. They kiss about it near the fake mistletoe that should've been taken down months ago.

Summary
Three months after Tantiss has been destroyed and Omega has settled into life on Pabu with her family, a mysterious fortuneteller comes to the island who claims she can grant wishes. Even bringing someone back from the dead. Omega makes a deal to bring Tech back without knowing (or caring) what it will cost her. She soon finds herself on Eriadu with a Tech who is very much alive. But the looming cost of reversing fate slowly creeps in, and Omega realizes she may have promised more than she can pay.
